Pricing Policy

1. Purpose

This Pricing Policy governs access to Digital Art Warrant (DAW) creation within the Warrant Art Lab (WaL) platform.

DAW creation fees support:

• Permanent provenance registration
• Embedded royalty structuring
• Long-term audit and verification infrastructure
• Secure storage and integrity systems
• Platform sustainability

DAW creation fees are infrastructure and registry fees. They do not represent the purchase of copyright, a financial instrument, or a speculative token.

This Pricing Policy governs creation access only. Royalties, marketplace fees, replica rights, screen licenses, and institutional revenue participation are governed separately under the Terms of Service and applicable agreements.

2. VAT & Currency

All prices displayed on the WaL platform include applicable Value Added Tax (VAT).

Where required by law:

• VAT breakdowns may appear on invoices
• Reverse charge mechanisms may apply for eligible B2B customers
• Tax treatment follows applicable EU and international regulations

All prices are stated in Euro (EUR) unless otherwise specified.

3. Free Entry Allocation

Each verified user account receives a limited free allocation for onboarding purposes.

Current Pilot Allocation:

• Up to 3 DAW-O creations (lifetime)
• Up to 5 DAW-E creations (lifetime)

Free allocations:

• Are non-renewing
• Are non-transferable
• Cannot be exchanged for monetary value

WaL reserves the right to modify free allocations for new users at any time. Changes do not affect DAWs already created.

4. Credit-Based DAW Creation Bundles

Users who exceed their free allocation may purchase DAW creation credits in fixed bundles.

Credits:

• Are purchased through a one-time payment
• Do not expire (unless stated otherwise)
• Are consumed upon DAW creation
• Are non-transferable outside the purchasing account
• Are non-refundable once allocated, except where required by mandatory law

Current Pilot Bundle Pricing (VAT included):

Bundle pricing may be updated prospectively. Changes do not affect credits already purchased.

5. Subscription-Based Professional Plans

For users with regular or high-volume DAW creation needs, WaL offers subscription plans.

Subscriptions:

• Are billed monthly
• Include a defined DAW creation allowance per month
• Offer a lower effective per-DAW cost than bundles
• Do not grant unlimited creation rights

Current Pilot Subscription Tiers (VAT included):

Unused monthly allowances do not accumulate indefinitely unless otherwise stated. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled in accordance with platform rules.

WaL may update subscription pricing or structure with reasonable prior notice. Changes apply prospectively.

6. Referral Credits

WaL may operate a referral credit program to encourage responsible platform growth.

Under the current pilot model, a user (Invitor) may receive:

• One (1) DAW creation credit when the invited user registers via the Invitor's invitation link, verifies their email, and creates at least one DAW
• One (1) additional DAW creation credit when the invited user makes their first paid DAW credit purchase or subscribes to a paid professional plan

Maximum reward per referred user: 2 DAW credits

Referral credits:

• Are non-transferable
• Do not expire (unless stated otherwise)
• May be subject to monthly caps
• May be revoked in cases of abuse, fraud, or artificial account creation

WaL reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program prospectively.

7. Institutional & Enterprise Agreements

Institutions, estates, galleries, and enterprise partners may operate under:

• Custom annual agreements
• Volume-based negotiated pricing
• Institutional license structures

Such arrangements are governed by separate written agreements.

8. Platform Integrity & Storage Controls

All DAW creation access is subject to platform integrity measures, including but not limited to:

• File size limits
• Resolution limits
• Anti-bot protections
• Fair use and abuse monitoring
• Technical safeguards ensuring system stability

Subscription or credit ownership does not grant unlimited storage rights.

WaL reserves the right to suspend, limit, or revoke credits in cases of technical abuse or policy violation.

9. Refund Policy

Unless otherwise required by mandatory law:

• Purchased DAW credits are non-refundable once allocated to an account.
• Subscription fees are non-refundable for the active billing period.

Refund rights under EU consumer law remain unaffected.

10. Modifications to Pricing

WaL may update:

• Free allocation limits
• Bundle pricing
• Subscription tiers
• Referral reward structures

All changes apply prospectively and do not retroactively affect:

• DAWs already created
• Credits already purchased
• Active billing periods

11. Relationship to Royalties & Other Platform Fees

This Pricing Policy governs DAW creation access only.

Other financial flows — including:

• Primary DAW sales
• Secondary royalties
• Replica rights (DAW-R(Print))
• Screen licenses (DAW-R(Screen)/DAW-S)
• Institutional Brand & Provenance Participation

— are governed by the Terms of Service and applicable WACs or Institutional Agreements.

12. Closing Statement

WaL's pricing model is designed to:

• Preserve the integrity and seriousness of Digital Art Warrants
• Prevent misuse or mass registration
• Ensure infrastructure sustainability
• Maintain accessibility for serious creators

DAW creation is a deliberate act of provenance registration. The associated fee reflects the structural value of that registration.
